Full Day Sillustani
We will enjoy a pleasant tour exploring the Sillustani chullpas. During the journey, our guide will provide an explanation of the history of Puno, its origins, and a brief introduction to Sillustani, our main destination.
Upon arrival, we will take a walk through the archaeological site, built in the 12th century by a civilization that existed before the Inca rule. We will visit the main attractions, such as the Lizard Chullpas, which are considered sacred sites where ceremonial rituals are performed.
We will have free time to take beautiful photos with breathtaking views of the Umayo Lagoon, after which our guide will provide more information about this historic site.
Finally, we will visit the Hatuncolla community, where we will observe the main camelids native to the region and explore local handicraft markets. Afterward, we will begin our journey back to the city of Puno.
