We'll continue our journey through the Moray agricultural terraces, where it's believed the Incas experimented with their crops and farming techniques. Take some time to take photos in this incredible place. We'll continue our journey to the Maras salt mines, where we'll find more than 3,000 cascading salt ponds, used to this day by local families to extract the finest salt of different types. This Inca city is still inhabited, and the photos will be spectacular.
Our last stop will be Pisac. Get ready to explore its archaeological site, perched high above the valley. Discover the agricultural terraces, ceremonial structures, and ancient Inca tombs. We'll also stop at the famous Pisac market, a very cultural attraction. Bring extra money to buy local handicrafts, textiles, and souvenirs.

Weather
Just like in Cusco, we divide it into two seasons: the rainy season and the dry season. During the rainy season, which runs from November to March, the climate is more humid, rain is frequent, and it is recommended to wear a raincoat. The temperature is 18°C (64°F) and at night it drops to 10°C (50°F). During the dry season, the weather tends to be cooler at night, but during the day there is more sun, excessive rainfall, and very clear skies, making it an ideal month to visit Machu Picchu.
