Itinerary
Maras & Moray Tour - Full Day
Our adventure will begin in the city of Cusco. We will pick you up between 8:20 AM and 8:40 AM to head toward the charming district of Maras. During the journey, we will enjoy the rich diversity of flora and fauna of the Andes. Next, we will head to the Moray Archaeological Center, famous for its circular shape and used by the Incas as an agricultural experimentation center. From Moray, we will also be able to admire the majestic snow-capped peaks of the Vilcanota mountain range.
After visiting Moray, we will proceed toward the Salt Mines of Maras, which will take approximately 20 minutes to reach the entrance point. Upon entering the salt mines, you will be amazed by over 3,000 salt ponds, which have been in use for consumption to this day.
Finally, we will return to the city of Cusco in our transport, concluding the service at Plaza de Armas or the agreed drop-off point.
