Itinerary
Full Day Ica & Paracas
This tour is one of the best activities on the Peruvian coast, offering a variety of attractions.
Your journey begins with a pickup from your accommodation, followed by a drive along the Pan-American Highway South. A short stop will be made so you can have breakfast (at your own expense) and use the available facilities.
Upon arriving at the Paracas Port, you will embark on a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands. Enjoy the fresh ocean breeze as you cruise through the tranquil waters. Along the way, you will see the famous Candelabro geoglyph, an ancient and mysterious figure carved into the sand, as well as the historic guano extraction port.
The tour continues around the Ballestas Islands, where you will admire unique rock formations and observe a variety of wildlife, including sea lions, Humboldt penguins, guano birds, and even dolphins if you’re lucky!
In the afternoon, we will explore Ica and its surroundings. The first stop is the Nietto Winery, where an expert will explain the winemaking and pisco production process. You will also have the opportunity to taste various pisco and wine varieties. Then, we will visit Noelia Chocolatería and the Racimo de Uva Winery.
Our final destination is the Huacachina Oasis, located just 5 km from Ica’s city center. This beautiful lagoon is surrounded by massive sand dunes, perfect for sandboarding and dune buggy rides. You will also have time to relax, walk around, and take amazing photos.
At the end of the day, we will return to Lima, arriving between 10:00 PM and 10:30 PM, where the tour concludes at the agreed drop-off point.
